Donating
to ICJC
The objectives of the Islamic
Center of Johnson County, Inc. are exclusively religious, educational,
and charitable as defined in Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal
Revenue Code of the United States of America.
ICJC was incorporated with the State of Kansas in March 2000
(State of Kansas ID. #2850527) and is an exempt organization for the
purpose of Federal Income Tax under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal
Revenue Service code. A copy of the ICJC constitution and bylaws is
available on request from the ICJC office, or in writing to the
Secretary, ICJC, 9001 W 151st Street, Overland Park, KS 66221. The ICJC
Treasurer is responsible for providing receipts for all donations to
ICJC by January 31st of each calendar year. Donations to ICJC are
deductible as charitable contributions on your Federal Income Tax
return.
