  • 5 hour rental (includes set up and clean up time) – extra time for set up and decorating can be granted based on availability

  • Guest assumes responsibility for set up and clean up

Level II : $600

  • Guest assumes responsibility for set up and clean up
  • $100 additional if guest would like to purchase set up services
  • $100 additional if guest would like to purchase clean up services

Level III : $1000

  • 5 hour rental (includes set up and clean up time) – extra time for set up and decorating can be granted based on availability
  • 201 – 300 guests
  • Guest assumes responsibility for basic trash pick up afterwards
  • Deep clean up and set up included
  • AV included
  • $100 refundable deposit for damage

Clean Up Policy
Reservation of banquet hall requires that reserving party assumes responsibility for general clean up that includes collecting trash in provided bins, items picked up, and all decorations taken down. For patrons booking at level I and II, clean up includes basic wipe down of tables/counters used as well hall undergoes basic vacuum cleaning. When booking at level I and II the wipe down and vacuuming can be added for an additional $100. For patrons reserving at level III, please collect trash in bins provided and other clean up is included in rental fee.
