Level I : $350 (Monday to Thursday)

  • 5 hour rental (includes set up and clean up time) – extra time for set up and decorating can be granted based on availability
  • 100 guests or less
  • Guest assumes responsibility for set up and clean up
  • $150 additional if guest would like to purchase set up services
  • $150 additional if guest would like to purchase clean up services
  • $150 additional for trash pickup
  • $50 additional if guest would like to purchase AV capability
  • $200 refundable deposit upon satisfactory check up of clean up/damage

Level II : $650 (Monday to Thursday)

  • 5 hour rental (includes set up and clean up time) – extra time for set up and decorating can be granted based on availability
  • 101-200 guests
  • Guest assumes responsibility for set up and clean up
  • $150 additional if guest would like to purchase set up services
  • $150 additional if guest would like to purchase clean up services
  • $150 additional for trash pickup
  • $50 additional if guest would like to purchase AV capability
  • $200 refundable deposit upon satisfactory check up of clean up/damage

Level III : $1250 (Friday to Sunday)

  • 5 hour rental (includes set up and clean up time) – extra time for set up and decorating can be granted based on availability
  • 201 – 300 guests
  • Guest assumes responsibility for basic trash pickup afterwards or $150 for trash pickup
  • Deep clean up and set up included
  • AV included
  • $100 refundable deposit for damage
